Working Mechanism:

• This device operates on 200V DC and does not support AC voltage supply.
• It provides a DC output supply ranging from 230 VOC to 270 VOC by connecting a solar panel and a 180V battery bank.
• Only electronic and resistive equipment can be operated on this system; inductive loads and transformer-based loads are not supported.
• This controller is compatible with BLDC technology-based appliances, LED lights, and equipment running on an SMPS power supply.

Service Warranty:

• This product includes a 1-year free service warranty but will not be replaced.
• For service, testing, or repair, the customer must take the product to the company's service center, dealer, or distributor, or send it via courier or transport service.
• The customer must bear transportation costs and any risks during transit.
• The warranty will be void if damage results from accidents, misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, dismantling, or unauthorized servicing.
• Customers must report defects via the Help & Support option in the app or alternatively using the company’s service number - +91-7465005001.
• During the warranty period, no service charges or part replacement fees will apply. After the warranty, service and part replacement costs will be charged.

Safety and Instructions:

Please follow these instructions carefully before connecting the solar controller:

• In case of emergency, turn off the product and disconnect at least one battery terminal.
• Ensure that no foreign particles, water, or other liquids enter the product.
• When connecting or disconnecting the battery bank, avoid any physical contact with battery terminals.
• Never open the product cover. Dangerous high voltages remain inside the solar controller even when the power is turned off.
