• The warranty will be void if the defect is due to accident, misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, dismantling, or servicing by unauthorized personnel.
• If the defect is found to be due to customer negligence, the service will be considered a paid service.

• During the warranty period, no service charge or replacement part cost will be levied.
• After the warranty period expires, customers will be required to pay for servicing and replacement parts.

• In case of an emergency, turn off the product and disconnect the cord from at least one battery terminal.
• Ensure that no foreign particles, water, or other liquids enter the product.
• When connecting or disconnecting, avoid direct contact with the battery bank.
• Never open the cover of the product. High voltage is present inside the solar controller even when the power is turned off.
