• For service, testing, or repair, the consumer must bring the product to an authorized service center, dealer, or distributor.
• The product can also be sent directly to the company via courier or transport service. However, the transportation cost and any risks during transit will be borne by the customer.
• The warranty will be void if the defect is caused by:

• Misuse or negligence
• Incorrect installation or dismantling
• Servicing by unauthorized personnel
• If a defect is found, the consumer must report it via the company’s service number, WhatsApp, website, or email.
