- This device operates solely on solar power and does not support AC voltage supply.
- It charges the battery directly from the solar panel.
Service Warranty:
- This product includes a one-year free service period but is not eligible for replacement.
- For service, testing, or repairs, the consumer must take the product to the company’s authorized service center, dealer, or distributor.
- Alternatively, the product can be sent directly to the company via courier or transport service. The cost of transportation and any associated risks during transit will be borne by the customer.
- The warranty will be void if the defect is caused by:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or negligence
- Incorrect installation or dismantling
- Servicing by unauthorized personnel

- During the warranty period, there will be no service charge or part replacement fee.

- Ensure that no foreign particles, water, or other liquids enter the product.
- When connecting or disconnecting the battery bank, avoid physical contact with it.
- Never open the product cover, as high voltage is present inside the solar controller, even when turned off.
