• For service, testing, or repairs, the consumer must take the product to the company’s authorized service center, dealer, or distributor.
• Alternatively, the product can be sent directly to the company via courier or transport service. The cost of transportation and any associated risks during transit will be borne by the customer.
• The warranty will be void if the defect is caused by:
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or negligence
• Incorrect installation or dismantling
• Servicing by unauthorized personnel

• Avoid physical contact with the battery bank when connecting or disconnecting it.
• Never open the product cover, as high voltage is present inside the solar controller even when turned off.
