- This device operates on both Solar and AC voltage supply.
- It is used to charge batteries from solar panels.
- This device is a Solar Management Unit (SMU) integrated with Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technology.
Service Warranty:
- This product comes with a 1-year free service warranty. However, it will not be replaced.
- For servicing, testing, or repairs, customers must take the product to the company’s service center, dealer, or distributor.
- Alternatively, customers can send the product to the company via courier or transport service at their own cost and risk.
- The warranty will be void if the defect is caused by an accident, misuse, negligence, incorrect installation, dismantling, or servicing by unauthorized personnel.
- If the defect is found to be due to customer negligence, the service will be considered a paid service.
- Customers must report defects via Help & Support option in the App or alternatively using the company’s service number - +91-7465005001.
- During the warranty period, no service charge or replacement part cost will be levied.
- After the warranty period expires, customers will be required to pay for servicing and replacement parts.
Safety and Instructions:
Please follow these instructions carefully before connecting the solar controller:
- In case of an emergency, turn off the product and disconnect the cord from at least one battery terminal.
- Ensure that no foreign particles, water, or other liquids enter the product.
- When connecting or disconnecting, avoid direct contact with the battery bank.
- Never open the cover of the product. High voltage is present inside the solar controller even when the power is turned off.
